Having born in 1961 in Malatya, Mustafa Tecdelioğlu, completed his primary and secondary education in Malatya and Kayseri and he was graduated from Middle East Technical University Construction Engineering faculty in 1985. Mustafa Tecdelioğlu has worked at different levels within the family companies since 1985. He is acting as the chairman of BESIAD (Fasteners Industrialist and Businessmen Association) and board member of Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO), chairman of MATİL Malzeme Test ve İnovasyon Laboratuvarları A.Ş, board member of ÇİB Steel Exporters’ Association and board member of MEV Malatya Education Foundation. Currently working as the board chairman of Çetin Cıvata San. Tic. A.Ş., Mustafa Tecdelioğlu, also concerns with the import and export areas of fastener companies that are included in TECDE GROUP. He is the father of 2 children and speaks English.

He has PPL class Private Pilot License and Leisure Skipper certificate. Çetin Tecdelioğlu has worked at different levels within the family companies since 1987. He is the Vice-Chairman of IDDMIB İstanbul Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals Exporters’ Association, Council Member of ITO İstanbul Chamber of Commerce, member of the board of supervisors of IMSAD Construction Materials Industrialists Association, member of the high advisory board of MIAD Businessmen Association of Malatya and council member of TIM Turkish Exporters Assembly. Currently working as Board of Directors Chairman of Civtec Civata A.Ş., Çetin Tecdelioğlu, also concerns with sales and marketing areas in fastener companies included in Tecde Group. He is the father of 3 children.
He was born in İstanbul in 1957. Graduated from ITU Aeronautical Engineering in 1980, started his career as Purchasing Engineer in Anadolu Automotive Industry, and continued as R & D Engineer within Turkish Air Force in 1982. Following this task, he served as in the first Turkish in Turkey - Japanese Joint Venture initiative Anadolu Isuzu, Chief of Purchasing, Production Planning and Inventory Control Manager, and Director of Purchasing. In the same period, he also served as the Chairman of the OSD Purchasing Committee. Since 2001, he has served as the Sales Manager responsible for Sales, Service and Spare Parts, during which time he served as the Chairman of the OSD Marketing Committee. In 2006, he was appointed as Sales and Marketing Director and was responsible for Sales, Marketing, Service and Spare Parts Operations. In addition, he served as Acting General Manager in 2012-13. He has participated in fairs, conferences, training, etc. in many countries particularly Japan, Thailand and Germany. In 2013, he was elected to the Assembly of Istanbul Chamber of Industry and served as ISO Assembly Member and Vice President of ISO Automotive and Supply Industry Committee, TOBB Automotive Industry Assembly Member and ITO Transportation Specialization Committee Member. In addition to these duties, he has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of IPRU-International Passenger and Road Transportation Union and a member of the TOBB Road Passenger Transport Assembly since September 2015. He participates in various congresses, panels and conferences and in universities as a participant, panelist or speaker and shares his experiences as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of various companies. Tamay, who works in ISOV and TOSÖV, is also a member of TKYD Corporate Governance Association of Turkey and ISO Committee on Corporate Governance in Family Business and also concerns with corporate governance studies in fastener companies included in TECDE GROUP. Fatih Tamay is married and a father of a child, and speaks English.
